Away from Disposable Amenities

Since November 2022, we’ve eliminated single-use amenities like toothbrushes and plastic bottles, replacing them with eco-friendly alternatives. Guests can now enjoy filtered water from convenient in-room glass jugs and self-service dispensers located on every floor. By choosing to stay with us, you’re actively contributing to a greener future.

For travelers who require single-use amenities, we offer an alternative: a NT$100 donation to World Vision Taiwan upon check-in will entitle you to a set of bathing amenities. Alternatively, you can conveniently purchase specific amenities at the 7-11 Convenience Store located on the first floor.

Towels and Bedding Replacement for Long Stays

Every day, millions of tons of water and detergent contribute to pollution, primarily due to the single-use nature of washing sheets and towels. However, together, we can enact change.

During your extended stay at ILLUME TAIPEI, we encourage you to participate in our towel and bedding reuse program. Our team will replenish these items as needed, ensuring both comfort and environmental responsibility.
