Reservation
You may contact us with inquiries regarding your reservation. However, we may not be able to adjust reservations made through other parties. For this reason, we recommend all reservations be made by booking directly on our website.

Transportation
We are happy to arrange transportation for you in our luxurious Mercedes-Benz S-Class S350 from TPE Taoyuan International Airport for NT$2,200. You can make your reservation easily at our Concierge Desk.
- We’re thrilled to offer our guests a 24-hour indoor public parking space with room for up to 270 cars.
- For non-hotel guests, the cost is NT$80/hour on weekdays and NT$100/hour on weekends.
- Plus, our hotel guests receive free parking for one car per stay!
- The parking location is on B3 and can accommodate cars no taller than 175 cm.
- Please keep in mind that we cannot reserve parking spaces, but we urge you to take advantage of our convenient parking option operated by USPACE. Thanks so much for choosing to stay with us!
