Package Notice
- After booking is completed, payment must be made by September 30th at the latest. Reservations with unpaid balances after this date will be automatically cancelled.
- Check-in after 16:00, Check-out before 11:00
- Room service is available between the hours of 11:30 and 20:30.
- Rates apply only for direct bookings via ILLUME TAIPEI’s website, reservations email, or hotline.
- Rates are non-commissionable and not applicable for group bookings.
- Rates cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- The offer is subject to room availability.
- ILLUME TAIPEI has the right to modify or cancel the promotion without prior notice.
- The complimentary rechargeable “ILLUME iPass,” card comes without preloaded value, allowing guests to conveniently top up at local convenience stores or MRT stations.
- This promotion does not qualify for accumulating WorldHotels Rewards rooms or points.

Special Notice for Couuntdown 2025 Package
- To ensure quality service, room numbers are pre-assigned by the hotel. We cannot accommodate requests for specific floors or room numbers, and changes are not possible on the day of check-in.
- Rooms are for registered guests only. To maintain comfort for all guests, visitors must leave the hotel by 12:30 A.M.
- Please take care of the room facilities during your stay. Any damage or loss will be charged according to the item’s value.
Special Notice: Cancellation Policy
- The last day for free cancellation of this package is November 18th.
- If cancellation is requested after the above deadline, according to the standardized contract for individual travelers by the Tourism Bureau, the paid amount can be retained for up to one year after the scheduled stay date as credit for future consumption at ILLUME TAIPEI. This credit can be used multiple times. Any unused balance cannot be refunded after one year.
- For cancellations on the day of stay or no-shows, no refund will be provided. The one-year extension rule mentioned above does not apply in these cases.
In support of sustainability purposes, we no longer provide single-use amenities, and we also adjust the housekeeping frequency to twice a week for extended/long-stay guests. Thank you for your understanding and for joining our sustainable practice.
